    Pros: GREAT SIZE, GREAT FEATURES, GREAT INCLUDED ACCESSORIES

    I got this DVD player on June 28th from Circuit City in Binghamton, NY. It was a graduation present from my parents. Previous to this, I had an Initial Portable DVD Player that had a very small 4.5" screen. You could barely see the movies on it ...the screen was so small. Plus, it "created" the movie out of colored dots, so it looked like a Game Boy game. This DVD player doesn't do that. It has nice 8" screen and it comes with a remote, A/V cables (to connect the unit to your TV), a cigarette adapter (for viewing in your car), an A/C Adapter (to charge the battery and use in your home), a battery (for true portable use), and the instruction booklet to tell you what all these are and do. I don't think I could have asked for a better Portable DVD Player. Read more Less

    Pros: Picture and sound when they work

    Cons: Picture bars on top of screen and the company

    One month after purchasing the product,I had to return it due to black and white bars at the top of the screen. Then after 2 months on the second one, it happened again. Then 6 months later it was stuck in the loading phase. I had to pay the company ...$50. more to either fix that one or they would send me a new one. Within one movie of the new player, the bars appeared and the bottom of the screen was cut off and showing on the top of the screen. Now I received #4 this week and the bars are there again. To "appease" me, they are sending me a model that is $100. less expensive than the one I originally purchased. If you add in the $50. for repair/replacement plus all of the aggrivation on top of the $299. the player cost, you realize what a horrible product and how sad the Initial company is to deal with.
