Here's the deal, In the Zone is Britney's fourth album and this i think would be the defining album for her. Why you ask? Because this album is like the break or make album. If this record sells really good, then that mean she stays in the business, if it totally sucks down the charts, then she goes. However, "Me Against the Music" promises that she'll do it over and over again. She's just full of energy and with a collaboration with Madonna.

Cons: Early Mornin'
Toxic is the BEST song on this CD abd Early Mornin' is a mior song on this CD. Early Mornin' just doesn't really seem right to me but at the same time I kind of like that song, but I would try to fix that song just a wee bit. Please mention to fix the Early Mornin' song to Britney's company.

In The Zone, is where she has finally completed that journey and turned into Britney, the Adult Woman. In The Zone debut at #1 billboard in 2003. Like her peer Christina Aguilera, Britney equates maturity with transparent sexuality and the pounding sounds of nightclubs, but since she's not as dirty as Xtina, her spin is a little different. This is the first time she can indulge herself. Since she's so determined to be a woman, not a girl, she has completely shed the sugarcoated big hooks and sappy love songs that drove her stardom, concentrating on music that glides by on mellow grooves or hits hard with its hip-hop beats. It's all club-ready, but despite some hints of neo-electro and the Neptunes, it doesn't quite sound modern -- it sounds like cuts from 1993 or Madonna's Bedtime Stories and Ray of Light. Production-wise, these tracks are not only accomplished but much more varied than any of her previous albums -- in particular, Moby's "Early Mornin'" has a sleek feel, Mark Taylor's "Breathe on Me" is alluring, and the Bloodshy & Avant productions, "Showdown" and "Toxic," are irresistible ear candy in what is surely Britney's most ambitious, adventurous album to date.

i love britney spears no matter what. i mean i just dont get it when people say that she is a bad singer who cant sing. if she couldnt sing then why would she be so famous. britney haters get it through your head she is the best singer/dancer/actress. i am britney spears # 1 fan. i have everything she as ever made. i have both her perfumes.the smell is just so good. britney if u ever read this i luv u no matter what. i am a true britney spears fan. i never talk bad about her or anything. i luv britney.

well the album has a lot of different styles wich is great. the first singe me against the music was a little hard to undersand but know that ived listen to it i like the beat of the song. my favorite song is everytime, early mornin' breath on me showdow and the remix i give the album a ten couse its awesome

she sucks, always had always will, and she is a slut. listen to real music: meshuggah, in flames, mastodon, shadows fall....the list goes on...a burp noise is better music than her.

ok . .first the good stuff.The album is really catchy and driven with the exception of 2 tracks on the album which are like really haunting ballads.It sounds alot like 1990s madonna though.It is really unoriginal .I guess the kiss was way more infectious than it looked like.It is much better than her previous work though which is good.She sounds like a woman here and she sounds like she was recording most of the songs while having sex.She doesnt have any vocal talent like christina but the producing rocks but she didnt produce it.

Cons: Not as good as "Britney" & kinda slutty.
I must admit I don't like her word choice as much as any other album, but "Me Against The Music" and its remix, along with "Toxic," "Breathe On Me," "Touch of My Hand," "Brave New Girl," and "The Hook Up" are positively amazing! I mean, all of the slow songs in this album are good, except "Showdown." Does she say the word "cum" in that song? I don't like Madonna on the album, either, but if she had ANYONE else guest star it would be cool.

Britney started as a pop princess now where has her career gone? She is even going on her SECOND MARRIGE! This CD is way too mature for young (12 and under) people. I mean "Toxic" music video is crude. Lyrics are horrible.
