    This is one of the best war stories of all time. Great allstar cast with a very human story; not just fighting; but plenty of that also. My wife and I watch it everytime its on. Watched it this past Saturday in fact. Great movie. A must see.

    "In Harm's Way" is an all-around entertaining flick! A great mix between drama, comedy, and action. The venue is the Vietnam War, and the footage included is the real stuff. Yes, there is a plot. This is no boring documentary. John Wayne is just as ...effective on a ship and on the water as he is on a horse and in the wilderness. The rest of the cast (including but not limited to...Henry Fonda, Kirk Douglas, Burgess Meredith, Caroll O'Connor, Patricia Neal) is a gathering of outstanding actors whose performances result in a harmony called "a classic and entertaining movie"! The one thing missing (at the time of this review) is that this film is not available on DVD. Read more Less
