    Johns best solo work as far as I'm concerned. The songs are just too damn good. From the title cuts timeless message to the McCartney aimed "How do you sleep" IMAGINE is just great song after great song and George Harrison is on about half the LP put...ting in some great guitar work especially the slide solo on "How do you sleep" which may be one of his best ever. "Oh my Love" is just beautiful and "Gimmie some truth" is like Revolutions little brother. "Oh Yoko" is a catchy little song and a great way to end the LP. On a sweet and peaceful note. PS: If you have an old version of this LP, it has been Remixed and Remastered as well as Plastic ono band. They both sound incredible. Read more Less

    Ever since I first heard Imagine, it has become one of my all time favorite songs by any former Beatle. Some other songs on this album are excellent too, like "Jealous Guy", "Oh My Love", and "Oh Yoko".

    Who are you? Imagine a bad song? Just because he had money, he was evil? Do you get the point that Imagine is about breaking through the barriers of money? His idealism may be a little far fetched, but think of the beautiful world that is portray...ed by that song. Read more Less

    This is John's best post-beatle album. Jealous Guy and Imagine are extremely beautiful peices of art. That this album is a masterpeice is undeniable.
