    I wish I could find his new CD.

    Just like Canibus, Skee-Lo made an album with dope lyrics but mostly wack beats. The subject matters are definately original. I never did like G-Funk beats. I can't find his new CD anywhere but if I ever do I'll buy it and hope that the beats are be...tter than the ones found here. Read more Less

    "I Wish" was an irresistible piece of pop-rap, featuring a slinky, funky beat and a sunny hook that rang in your head for days. It's undeniably the highlight of Skee-Lo's debut album, but he has enough charm and self-deprecating wit to make the rest of the record enjoyable, even if none of the songs have beats, lyrics or hooks quite as intoxicating as the title track.
