this album rocks
Pros: Totally defined the 80s
Cons: a little hard rock for some people
This is one of the most important albums of the hairy bands from the 80s.

Overall, this is by far the best album that has been created in the history of music. Every track made for this has just been totally awesome. Its no wonder that 15 years after its initial release that it is still being sold at the same price as a brand new CD. I have bought and gone through 2 tapes, and 2 cd's of this already. I listen to it so much that everyone gets sick of it and I wear out my media. If you like rock, this is the total cd package that will sell you on the band Def Leppard, and make you question what made them slip through the cracks of super stardom...

THIS IS THE GREATEST COLLECTION OF MUSIC EVER RECORDED. I LISTEN TO THIS WHEN I WAKE UP, WHEN I RUN, BEFORE GAMES. QUITE POSSIBLY, NO FINER GROUP OF INSPIRING TUNES HAS EVER BEEN ASSEMBLED.

This is one of their best along with Pyromania and Hi N Dry (Vault is great too). They rock. Great melodic guitar sound achieved with Gibson Les Paul guitar. Last album with Steve Clark. Long Live Steve Clark!!! --S.Cordone

7 songs from this album were released as singles....they were all hits. clear,crisp guitars..electronic drums and multi layered backing vocals make this a joy to listen to. a classic!
