The Husqvarna YTH2454 delivers premium performance at a very competitive price. Powered by a twin cylinder 24 hp Briggs & Stratton engine, this yard tractor features a 54 in. deck with triple blades and a 4 gallon fuel tank designed for mowing large estates. You can easily move forward and backwards with the YTH2454's pedal-controlled hydrostatic transmission. A simple pull of the button on the control panel engages your blades while an hour meter tracks your usage for future scheduled maintenance. Gauge wheels on the deck prevent scalping of your grass in uneven terrain. Additional features include 6-position cutting height adjustment, an 18 in. turning radius and comfortable 15 in. high back seats. Like our other tractors, the YTH2454 has a welded frame and cast-iron front axle for greater durability.

    Pros: Heavy duty tires, hydro trans, speed, comfort

    Cons: No bumper

    Great mower for my 3 acres, mows up hills and uneven terrain very well. Fun to drive, very smooth and quick. 54" deck gets it done fast, maybe too fast, dont want to get off it. Love it and cant say enough about it.

    Pros: looks good

    Cons: runs when it wants to.

    I bought one of these new in april of 08 from tsc and so far they have had it more than me over the last year. It keeps white smoking some wires and then blowing fuses and wont even run. I have brought it to them 3 times, taking them about 2 months t...o get it back to me and every time it does the same thing. I would suggest buying a john deere from the dealership. Read more Less
