    With a great pick of actors, this film is over the top. Kate Hudson shines as a magazine article writer that is struggling to find a topic. She choses "How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days". At the same time, Matthew McConaughey makes a bet with... a co-worker that he can find a date before the company dinner. As they both fall in love and find out each others secrets, the story unfolds.     I love action and sci-fi movies, but for a change my wife wanted to see this movie. I have to say it was a bit of a change but not a bad one at all. I really enjoyed the funny scenes between Goldie Hawn Jr., (Kate Hudson), and Matthew McConaughey. I ...think woman will really get some kicks and laughs out of Kate Hudson's character doing her female things, and men will really enjoy Matthew McConaughey's character doing his male things. Both the characters friend's in the movie make for some laughs too. I think this is a good buy or rental for anybody looking for a good date movie, or, a good movie to sit down and enjoy with your wife. My review is based on the purchase of the DVD.     My girlfriend made me watch this movie with her the other night. I have to say that as a Stanley Kubrick, Sergio Leone and Martin Scorcesse fan, I am appauled at the kind of films that are being made these days. This film is a prime example of why ...hollywood filmakers should be gathered up and slaughtered like feed cattle. This movie sucked. I give it two thumbs down........Way down. Read more Less

    I saw it in the movie theater and I laughed so hard I was sobbing. A great story line, 2 great actors and a great script turns into one of the best movies of the year.

    For a love movie, this one was pretty good. Of course, I am jealous of that grils dress- *it was so pretty*. What I liked about it was the fact that it was a love story and that it wasn't predictable like most love movies are. Good movie, love...d that good looking Matthew M. *purrs like kitty cat*. So, it was a good movie and people should go see it, get a few laughs, maybe perhaps feel a little-- romantic afterwards- who knows *_*. Read more Less

    Kate Hudson is brilliant in this film. She can draw anyone and everyone to this film. Matthew is wonderful. Definetly makes a match for Kate. Perfect film. Couldn't have been any better.

    It is such a cute romantic comedy, the ENTIRE cast preformed so well and it ws laugh out loud funny!! I would gladly recommend to anyone. I love it!!!
