    This album is sunny day real estate's most complete work. diary is awesome but raw, and each individual song on Lp2 is incredible, but as a whole the cd isn't as condusive as this disc. Every shining time you arrive, title track, and guitar and vid...eo games are three of the best songs SDRE has ever produced. and of course, pillars is fantastic. Buy this album. Read more Less

    Radiohead Ripp off NO WAY

    Ya they sound like Radiohead, or maybe Radiohead sounds like them. I am a huge RH fan but if we look closely at the dates of the CDs we will see that there was a distinct KID A quality in SDRE back in Pink with song 8 (listen to that opening of 8 and... then listen to KID A). There may be a strong case to argue that SDRE evolved with or even before RH. Read more Less

    While I can't say I love every song on this like the others (what's up with the Prophet? hehehe) but 'Pillars' is one of my fav. songs of all time by Sunny Day RE! Also I love 'Every Shining Time you Arrive' is great! There's nothing wrong with the ...cd at all! I just like the other ones better! :D Read more Less

    Radiohead is prominent on this new SDRE-album. It's not a trick that we haven't seen before (high, emotional voice like Thom Yorke with not-to-hard rock) but these guys can do it well.

    This album has everything. Great vocals, Beautiful guitars and amazing drum work. I cannot stop listening to it and I bought it a year ago. The tracks just stay in your head all day and reach an emotional level like Radiohead. Go buy it now.

    Although this album is pretty different and more musically diverse than their previous efforts, I can't help but marvel at this beautifully made work of art. Of course, when I initially heard it, I had slight reservations, but after listening to it ...(and there is a difference between hearing and listening ), I found myself loving every minute of it. Jeremy's vocal capabilites really shine through the soft yet powerful music in every song on this album, which creates its own powerful sound set apart from the past two albums. All in all, this is their finest and most awesome album, and I can't wait for their next release. Read more Less

    "How it Feels to be Something On" is by far one of the most amazing musical masterpieces ever recorded. It is a sonic and emotional rollercoaster in the veign of Radiohead. Unlike the first two albums put out by Sunny Day Real Estate, this album has... a real mellow "spacy" sound to it in contrast to the harder "rockier" albums.
