Synopsis: Hot Shots! (1991)
Synopis: Charlie Sheen stars in this TOP GUN spoof by the folks who created AIRPLANE and NAKED GUN, playing Topper Harley, a heartthrob fighter pilot assigned to the Navy on a secret mission, the details of which never entirely become clear. The jokes come fast and furious as Topper attempts to clear his family name while completing his mission despite the absurdity going on around him, and the spoofs are not limited to TOP GUN; DANCES WITH WOLVES and THE FABULOUS BAKER BOYS also receive their due! Users found this Hot Shots! review helpful If you're in for a quality spoof, this is definitely one to watch, the gags are great, the tempo is high, don't blink, you might miss a joke. Charlie Sheen is totally cool and uncool at the same time in this comedy from director Jim Abrahams who als worked on the Naked Gun flicks, so you know what to expect.check out part 2 as well. ... -
