    I purchased this a year ago and now it will not run at all. We had to replace belts every two-thee months and they are difficult to change. The suction in the beginning was great but after a few months you would have to go over the same area many tim...es to get it clean. Far from wonderful on pet hair and the cord retractor was a real pain. I am now looking for a new vac, I really don't think $185 vac should die in such a short time. It was not overworked-once or twice a week only two rooms with carpet. Wish I had bought something else. Read more Less

    Pros: great suction

    Cons: heavy

    This is our third hoover bagless vacuum. We have been happy with them all. Use one upstairs one downstrairs and husband dropped and broke one, reason we needed a new one. The mach 5 is heavy but picks up dirt great. Vacuumed the day we got it and the...n the next day. You would not beleive what it finds and picks up even when you think your house is clean.
