    Pros: Nothing

    Cons: Overall worst vacuum ever owned.

    Barely any side suction. Cord does automatically retract but the cord is in a terrible place, you have to run it through the handle to keep from running it over. Noisey. Terrible suction, several swipes over a tiny fleck to pick up. Cannister is diff...icult to remove for dumping, you make a mess emptying it. Overall the worst vacuum ever owned. Read more Less

    Pros: you can see all the dust you've collected

    Cons: it has never worked like it should

    The first time we vacuumed it smelled like burnt rubber and 2 years later it still smells whenever we use it. We've already had to replace parts and it finally died after the motor started smoking. I do not have a large house nor do I vacuum as m...uch as I would like, which makes it all the more irritating that this vacuum has not held up. The sucking power was amazing at first but has gone down a ton since the first couple of uses. We could have just gotten a dud, but I wouldn't chance buying another one to find out. Read more Less
