Synopsis: Hocus Pocus (1993)

    Bette Midler, Kathy Najimi and Sarah Jessica Parker are hysterically funny in this Halloween romp about 3 witches who are hung in 1693 and are brought back to the land of the living 300 years later. They're back on earth for one night only and so th...ey must hurry to mix up a magic potion that will ensure they can stay young and alive forever. But three kids living in Salem MA have a different idea about the whole idea and what ensues is sheer fun and mayhem!!The costumes are wonderful, the music is fun, the movie's locale filming shows off New England in all its autumn glory! So, get yourself a big bowl of popcorn, grab a couple of caramel apples and settle in for some real fun! Read more Less

    It's Just A Little Hocus Pocus...

    Pros: Bette Midler. Hilarious story delivered deliciously!

    Cons: There wasn't a part 2.

    A comical modern fairytale fun for all ages. Everyone does an excellent job and Midler's rendition of "I Put A Spell On You" is just delightful! Anyone who has trouble with make believe Witches isn't going to like this.
