    Most of his best stuff is on this....It does have it's "slow" momments though.

    PHIL ME UP !!!

    Many would wonder what I mean by that, but what I mean is this: The Hits compilation features all of the major hits, except some, all for good reason. To the idiot who thought that Phil should have put "You'll Be In My Heart" on the compilation, he s...hould know that YBIMH came out in 1999 with the "Tarzan" Soundtrack. Either way, this is a great album to buy if you're looking for all the big titles, but with every Phil Collins album, the treasures are not necessarily the singles. This is a great for-runner to the NEW Phil Collins album, TESTIFY, which will be released in November 11 (World release exc. North America) and November 12, 2002 for the North American (Canada, United States) market. The first single off of the album will be a cover version of Leo Sayer's "Can't Stop Loving You" and it will be released sometime in Autumn. Read more Less

    HE CAN MAKE A HITS II ...CAN'T HE?

    Although there are good songs out (it's in tour eyes ,wear my hat , everyday)what a grat compilation of major hits i think that Phil has so many hits that he could make other album called HITS 2 or whatever, with well known songs (i missed again ,if ...leaving... don't lose my...do you remember ,etc)And what about TRUE COLORS i think is GREAT and the voice of Phil is amazing on TC.     I was showing someone my Pill CD and he asked me "who is phil collins"? I said go back to school and learn music, if you don't know phil Collins you don't know music. I hope everyone get a chance to leaten to this CD

    At 16 songs the Hits is a little to long for a person like me just interested in the biggest hits and radio tracks. This collection would have been better off at 10 songs.

    Could somebody please tell me how "You can't hurry Love" and "Something happened on the way to Heaven" lands on his best of album, while "Don't You Loes My Number", "I Don't Care Anymore" and "Long, Long Way To Go" are absent. What were you thinking ...Phil? Read more Less
