The danceable London new wave band known as the Hitmen -- no connection to the Australian Radio Birdman-related outfit -- claimed a lineup of vocalist/guitarist Ben Watkins, guitarist Pete Glenister, keyboardist Stan Shaw, bassist Neil Brockbank, and drummer Mike Gaffey. The Hitmen debuted with a self-recorded single, "She's All Mine" b/w "Slay Me With Your 45," both of which were re-recorded for the band's 1980 debut LP, Aim for the Feet.
