Pros: Excellent fence, no vibration, smooth running.

Cons: Miter slots are narrower than standard but this seems to be typical on bench type saws.

I purchased this saw and I'm very pleased with it. It has by far, the best fence I have seen on a bench top style saw in this price range (I paid $289). The fence is self-aligning, locks down solid and straight and is a larger fence than I've seen on any other in it's price range. It has a good sized table, better than most in it's price range. It was set up good right out of the box, no adjustments necessary. The blade runs true and straight. I did buy a better blade than the one that came with it. It is very smooth starting and almost no vibration. The stand is sturdy and has a level adjustment on one leg. Several things are just better quality than I found on the other saws in this price range, for example, the extension wing has a tape measure on it so you can see how far you have extended it. It also included a dado throat plate in the box.
