    Pros: Features, Picture Quality & Controls

    Cons: Sound

    Picked up this TV last week after a lot of research and going back and forth between Hitachi and Panasonic. I decided on the Hitachi because of the picture quality (it looked better to me) and the features (3 HDMI connections is unbeatable). I like ...looks of this TV, it's very sharp and the black side speakers frame the picture great. The color is incredible and there are a full range of color adjustments so you can tweak it until it's perfect. Also, each video adjustment you make is dedicated to the specific input - which is great, once it is set - it is set. DVD's look incredible and of course the HD contect is awesome as well. But, I was surprised how good the regular Digital Cable channels looked as well, the TV does a good job of making these lower quality signals look acceptable. I couldn't be happier with this TV.     Pros: Excellent picture quality, swivel base, ease of adjustment

    Cons: Sound quality at high levels is tinny

    We waited for 6 months for a sale and it was well worth the wait. Did many side by side comparisons and only the very top end sets selling for twice the price beat the picture quality and then not by much. Love the swivel base as I can get couch time... and watch the games at a head on angle. Zero problems in the 2 years we've had the set. Luv it....luv it! Read more Less
