During those two decades she taught biofeedback, meditation and brainwave training. As a result, she feels to have both identified a wakened mind state and the path to reach it. This four-CD set is a step-by-step process toward achieving that state. The first two CDs function well as general, or beginning guides, to reaching a deep, meditative state through self-awareness and body control. In the final two, Wise guides the listener to construct and inhabit a castle of higher functioning. The entire program is geared toward creative problem solving or successfully overcoming specific challenges. A musical "brainwave frequency score" accompanies the narration.
