Es el disco Pop/Blues más increible que he visto, su música se parece mucho a la de los BoyzIIMen, pero definitivamente ellos tienen su propio toque juvenil y fuerte que los B2M no logran trasmitir en sus voces.

Hi-5 was a pre-pubescent group of horny teenage boys looking to make a quick buck. Hey, I'm not aversed to the
idea here. Produced by Teddy Riley, Bernard Belle, Eric White Foster and some others formulated some kiddie New Jack Swang. Love every last track. My only problem is that only Tony Thompson did every lead on this album. The other four were not present and accounted. Number two was that all five did not do background vocals. The backgrounds were done by sessions singers such as Roz Davis, LaGaylia Frazier, Teddy Riley, Dave Hollister, Bernard Belle (Regina Belle's brother) and among a few others. To me, this is a good thing, but also a omen for destruction. Having one horny teen singing every track is making it seem like he is the only one that should be singing. Other than that, I give the album an A- for Tony's only efforts and slamming background vocals.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoEXCELLENT DEBUT
Hi-Five's debut is a cleverly produced album containing a combination of new jack tunes and pop ballads. The first singles, "I Just Can't Handle It" and "Just Another Girlfriend" are new jack classics and recieved commericial airplay. Although their breakthrough didn't come until the single "I Like The Way (The Kissing Game)" was released and topped the pop charts. It's follow-up "I Can't Wait Another Minute" shows the groups balladry side and became a Top 10 hit. Though their voices are not quite unique as Bell Biv Devoe's or more developed as Boyz II Men's, this is a decent album to listen to and is actually worth spending money on.

This is a classic like non other. these young men rock the show in the early 90's I wish the would make some recent music.
