Mozart provides the musical notation, while Pope John Paul II ("Il Papa") provides the holy presence.

    Awe-inspiring, beautiful!

    I bought this only because of Kathleen Battle, but enjoyed every minute of it. I'm not religeous, but can appreciate the mass for it's beauty. Kathleen does a wonderful 'Agnus Dei' that is worth buying the tape for. It's great to see the intensity o...n the faces of every choir member, and I'm willing to bet that not one musician was wearing sneakers (one of my pet peeves when watching concerts these days!).
