Pros: There were none!
Cons: There is nothing good about this product...
We have tried this fountain 3 times now, and it has yet to work. The chocolate never flows and the bowl doesn't get hot enough to even keep it warm. It was a huge embarrassment at both parties we took it to, and for curiosity sake, we tried cheese sauce too. That didn't work either and it was SUCH a mess to try to clean, as the bowl does not remove from the base.
Don't waste your time and money! ...
