    This product does not work as claimed for V.92 technolgy.Booklet has no useful info.They do not respond to email,the 800 phone number directs to a long distance phone that no one answers,they do not respond to emails either.Save yourself the time,thi...s product is not worth the headache.     Cons: Poor product with NO Tech and Customer Service

    No trouble shooting in tiny booklet. Tech Support and Customer Service DO NOT RESPOND to E-Mails or phone calls (not an 800 number).If you buy their HM92P 56K V.92 Modem, you are stuck with trying to figure it out how to use it.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YO...UR TIME! Read more Less
