    sounds better than when first heard it

    i really liked it when i bought it 20+ years ago. i like it even better today. there are some very pleasant memories that some of the songs bring to me. my original album was damaged and i searched a long time to find. my favorite piece, "Music", is... too beautiful to describe and i listen to it in complete ecstacy.     The second volume of Tony Hatch material put together by Sequel, Hatchback wasn't really meant to compile the second tier of Hatch's career. It spans roughly the same years, and though it doesn't include as many popular songs as its predecessor, there are a few more of his instrumental versions of pop classics and more intriguing Latin-easy crossover cuts. If it's possible to differentiate the two volumes, Hatchback is more weighted toward later material and has fewer television themes. Highlights include "Round Every Corner," "I Know a Place," "Crosstown Commuter," and "Beautiful in the Rain."
