    Pros: The movie works

    Cons: Underrated

This movie speaks to me somehow that is hard to articulate. It reminds me of me and a sort of conglomeration of buddies over the years (without the bank heist or shooting of course). I have watched this movie more than any other — at least 30-40 times and could easily enjoy it again tonight. One of the real 'crimes' of Hollywood is that they could make so many stupid sequels to so many stupid movies, but never got Harley and Marlboro back together for at least one more ride. When Marlboro says good-bye to Virginia is one of the best good-bye scenes ever in movies.

A funny and action pack movie about a cowboy and biker who ends up in a mess of trouble when robbing the wrong people. Great for any DVD collection. One of Don Johnson best movies along with Mickey Rourke.

    Funny, hard-hitting action

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Dec 16, 1999

Made in 1991, this film follows two individuals, Harley Davidson (Mickey Rourke) and Marlboro Man (Don Johnson), who re-uinte in their old bar, only to find out that it is going to be bulldozed unless they can find $1 million in the next few days. They plan a daring robbery on an armoured car, only to discover afterwards that what they have is not money, but $5 million of Crystal Meth. Plunged into a world of corrupt bankers and gun-toting hard men, they must find a way to stay alive whilst still coming out with the money. Co-starring Tom Sizemore, who went on to act in True Romance afterwards and has recently done Saving Private Ryan, and Alexander Baldwin, this film never made it to cinema, and it is obvoius to see why. Directed poorly and shot badly, it got bad reviews all round. But I give it five stars, purely because it has some great scenes and some even greater one-liners, and is actually a well-rounded action movie. Rourke and Johnson feed off each other brilliantly, making a great team, and taken with a pinch of salt, this film is very enjoyable. With a little bit of imagination, this could have been awesome.
