It's not indicated whether or not this one-sided Christmas 7" is either a promo, a gift for a fan club of some sort, or a neat little package that's exclusive to a few hundred friends of the Aislers Set and Slumberland Records. Regardless of who exactly this is intended for, the silk screen cover, colored vinyl, and included pins screams "collector's item." Of course, this red piece of 7" vinyl also contains a song -- an indie pop Christmas carol to be exact. This untitled track barely clocks in under three minutes, but still delights with a hybrid of sleigh bells, a horn section, organ backings, the occasional mention of Santa Claus, and the Aislers Set's usual brand of '60s-influenced girl group pop. Nothing to spend a life savings on the collector's market, but a nice gem to pick up at the normal price of an EP.
