    Great basic product; great value!

    While this is a lower priced PDA, I have found it to have everything I need without the added cost of things I would not use! I use it for appointments, phone book, and to store/edit Word and Excel documents. I am very happy that this model has replaceable batteries rather than rechargeable ones. I don't need another thing to remember to recharge, and I never have a problem with losing data when I switch batteries. I have had little experience with support since I have never needed help in repairing and operating the PDA. I have had the product for at least 2 years, and would highly recommend it.

    This is a very good Handheld for any user. I use it for work and it is very good, has more funtions than i can use!

    Great P.D.A., however the customer support is not the greatest..after 90 days you better know how to do everything(like fix any mistakes)or every time you need help they whack you a per incident charge of $19.95...
    Whatever happened to one-year of support?

    The only drawbacks are the expansions are expensive. This is the best unexpensive PDA on the market.
