Cons: no durability
The first one quit working after 3 months. The only thing that worked after 3 months was the clock. Hamilton Beach sent a replacement but made me pay the shipping cost. The replacement quit working after 5 weeks. I gave up and bought a different brand coffee maker. Hamilton Beach should be ashamed to sell anything that performs as poorly as this. ...
