    Pros: Very complete and compact unit

    Cons: Kind of slow

    Overall is a great PocketPC phone if you like an all in one cell; compact, light, and "weareable" PocketPC 6.1 with 4gb internal memory storage, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Windows Live, 3.2 megapixel camera w/auto focus, MP3 player,it... even have a fm radio and a GPS included. I had an HTC Touch. My only complaint with that one was the processor speed...too slow, but is a nice one too. When I saw the Touch Diamond pictures and the specs I loved it and got one. For the size and with all the features it carries is an excellent and a beautiful piece of equipment. Indeed is faster than it predecesor, the first HTC Touch but with the Qualcomm 528 Mhz processor I thought it would be a lot faster. If you ask me what would I change to improve it, I would add at least twice as much of the RAM memory, add more battery life, and, would add the desktop base charger to the package. STILL A NICE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AND A WORK OF ART !...Good job HTC ! Read more Less

    Pros: everything else

    Cons: battery life could be better, price

    Thsi phone officially came out with Sprint in September, which is the one I have. They fixed most of the glitches. The only problem I found is that the battery life could be better or give and extra battery. Using the TV and internet drains the batte...ry, they could've anticipated that, but I just have to charge it overnight and it's ok. The SPRINT HTC Diamond is not slow, the response is good, it takes great pictures, Internet is pretty quick. It's also easy to learn. i'm not very "tech savvy" but I played around with it and it' s not hard to use at all.Most people here bought it before it was actually released, so if you plan on getting it with Sprint don't take their word for it. Sprint fixed most of the problems (except battery life). It's a little pricey though. Sprint had some kind of special plus I upgraded, so I didn't pay the $500 it's going for. But it's better than the Instinct. Read more Less
