    First of all, i was very optimistic about this phone. Since i got this phone i loved it. Pros: Easy to use, user friendly, lots of amazing features, just everything is great. Camera is clear as crystal. Honestly, this phone gets a 9/10 from me. Co...ns: First day, i did something and it turned my phone off. Now, my palm pilot part was still working but the phone part was off, i turned it back on and had several missed calls. Didnt know you could do that or how i did it. Watch out for that. If you tap the keyboard to slide out, it might make your screen switch, also, the screen at times is slow to react. there are a bunch of little features i do not like about the phone but not enough to make me hate it. If you cam buy this phone for $200 or less, you got a steal! Read more Less

    Pros: Lots of neat features

    Cons: ringers and alarms stop working and must be reset

    The Windows Mobile program is no more stable in this phone than it is on the computer. Both my wife and I have this phone/pocket pc and expierience the same problems. Phone will silence itself. Alarms will not go off, ringers will stop working, phone... will lock up and blue tooth connectivity is unreliable. If your looking mostly for web features its a good item but if your looking mostly for a phone, it really sucks. Ive had mine for about 6 mos and Im looking for something else right now. Ill probably stick with just a regular phone. Read more Less
