    EW5000 Sucks, Sucks Sucks - Did I say suck?

    Cons: Impossible to hook up and get working

    I bought this unit and spent 5 hours trying to get it to work and couldn't. Spent about on hour on the phone with tech support and they didn't know what they were talking about. Ironically, I work both in the computer industry and the wireles...s networking industry and I couldn't get it to work. I feel sorry for any sap home user who tries to get this thing to work. Be warned never go with a product that is version 1.0. I'm sending the unit back today. Read more Less

    Cons: too many to mention

    If you've ever owned an HP computer then you won't be suprised by the fact that HP's latest engineering farce, the ew5000, is simply another high-priced door stop.It never plays more than one song in a row. It never repeats, even though i...t says "repeat" onscreen. I get errors onscreen that say "unable to play" while I'm listening to music playing. The search feature is archaic. The device won't play WMA files recorded using the Microsoft Windows Media Player's "lossless" format. System locks up constantly requiring that it be unplugged from the power source to reset it.
