Pros: Prints OK when it decides to print

Cons: Paper jam, Paper jam, and Paper alignment

The honeymoon is definitely over for this printer. Worked fine for 1 month then mysteriously got "Paper Jam Error" when there was paper. Sends paper through without printing and then says "Paper Jam Error". Refuses to adhere to pr...eset margins-starts printing immediatley on the paper. No joke, the HP support actually told us to turn the printer on and off repeatedly 10 times to see if that resets anything. Here is a better idea: swing baseball hat and hit it 10 times. Pros: it does everything

Cons: it doesn't work very well

I bought this printer with my new Mac a year ago, and it has been eating paper on and off during that time. I call HP, and they admitted that there is a DESIGN FLAW in the product, and suggested that I purchase a roller cleaning kit to ensure it oper...ates correctly. To me, a company that makes a product with a design flaw should make any corrections required to the product or at least helpt the customer out. HP won't. In fact, of all the companies I have dealt with in the last few years, my experience with HP Support has been the ABSOLUTE WORST. I also own an Epson printer. It failed after a couple of years, when it was just slightly out of the credit card warranty period. A replacement upgrade was sent to me, no questions asked, along with new cartridges. AVOID HP PRINTERS!! HP quality is no longer what it was, and they no longer stand behind their brand. How sad. But true. Read more Less

    HP PSC 1610 All-In-One

Despite its low price, this MFP delivers high-quality prints, scans, and copies. Priced at just $130 the compact HP PSC 1610 All-In-One fits easily into cramped workspaces, yet still offers a number of useful features. It has the smallest footprint of the nine MFPs we tested for the June 2005 chart, measuring just 17.3 by 11.2 inches with the front paper tray closed. When flipped down, the tray can hold 100 sheets, and it does double-duty as the output tray. Read more

    HP PSC 1610 All-in-One

The HP PSC 1610 All-in-One is a scanner, printer, and standalone copier that can print photos from memory cards and PictBridge cameras. It lacks an ADF and built-in fax, but offers reasonable performance and good to very good graphics and photo quality, along with fair text quality. Read more
