This product is awful
Pros: easy to record events
Cons: loses data constantly
For absolutely no reason... I have last all the data twice.
just unplugged for 3 hours... and everything in it is gone.
Replaced the battery, keep it on the charger when I don't carry it. In less than two hours, I plug it in again and it wants me to do set-up. ALL DATA LOST! LOST!!!

Pros: durable, easy to use.
Cons: didn't come w/ any internet connection.
This has been my pda for over a year and half. I use it every single day to look up stuff at work. It works the same as it did when I first got it (knock on wood). I see the price hasn't gone down much since when I got it, that says to me that not much else has come out that is better.

About 2 weeks after the 1yr expired, my 1945 went on the fritz... will not charge. I bought a new battery and it worked for a little while on the charge the battery carried. After that, back to the old crap. Will not charge. The body gets really hot and it reboots every time I try to start it.
Junk. Junk. Junk... And their tech support is outsourced to India. I could not get anywhere after I found someone I could understand.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoPoor Quality

Screen broke within one month of purchase. Since This was a Christmas present for my son I don"t have full details of what happen. But I know one thing if this is such a fragile piece of equipmet it should be packaged better than what it is. Sorry HP I would not recommend thit to anyone. If possible please give me an address so I can send this back so your Quality Control/Labs can make a better product.
