HP Photosmart C6280 All-in-One Multifunction Printer

We purchased this printer in December 2007. It stopped working less than 2 weeks after we purchased it. The customer service was awful. I spent 2 hours on the phone. Most of this time was spent on hold. I finally got help & gave all the needed inform...ation. I got disconnected from the person helping me. I called back. They had NO record of my previous call. Another 2 hours on the phone and most of it on hold. They finally replaced the printer. The next disaster was when they started sending me nasty emails stating that I didn't send the broken printer back to them and they were going to charge me for it! I had sent it back immediately(why would I keep it?)and I had all my paper work to prove it. I should have demanded my money back. Today (Jabuary 2009) this terrible printer is spitting out pieces of blank paper. The ink catriges are full. Other problems we've had with this printer include but are not limited to: printing only half the page, printing half the page on one piece of paper and the second half on the next sheet, photo quality is completely unacceptable (everything is red), long periods of time when it just runs when you aren't even using it, etc... Will I get any help from HP? That is a joke. HP has poor customer service & makes a very poor product. I will never buy an HP product again. This is the first review that I have ever written but I don't want anyone else to have to go through the hastles that I have with this sub-standard HP product. Read more Less
