    Pros: An awesome all in one

    Cons: their is none

    This is the best printer their has been so far by far. It prints the best photo's and faster than any other at the same time. I would recomend this printer to anyone.

    Pros: decent printing when working

    Cons: defective merchandise

    Good luck getting this printer to work after changing the inks which cost about $60 for all 6. Ink system failure is a common error message related to some type of bug or defective manufacturing. If you are out of warranty, you are out of luck at H...P. Suggest you buy from another manufacturer. Read more Less

    Pros: Convenient for house projects

    Cons: Do not recommend it for small business

    This is our second, same model all in one. Both of them had the same problem with the ink cartridges and the paper feeder. Luckily, we bought the guarantee and we're sending it back for a replacement (HP is very good this way - they deliver next ...business day) but we rather not have to deal with their customer service, it takes hrs. and only after you've been transfered a couple of times to different reps explaining your problem they help you ;o( Read more Less

    RUN to another brand

    Pros: nice features if they only worked

    Cons: too many con's for this space

    0xc18a0106 - if you buy this product you will see this error message and that is all you will see. you will NOT see any customer support from HP, but they will try to sell you another model. RUN AWAY !!!
