Pros: Crystal clear images
Cons: Video quality is bad, and the flash seeting is a hassle
For a 6.0 mega pixel camera it is quite impressive on the images you can take when you're outdoors. The price wasn't so bad, i mean $100? That's a deal. But I hate taking pictures with flash on. My biggest peeve with this camera was that every time you turn it back on for your use, you have to turn off flash on your own, and that's a big hassle. There isn't a quick toggle for you to go through the option of what you want to do =/

Pros: Easy to use no matter what age, small, pocket size, no need to worry about smudging the lens
Cons: DONT DROP IT OR GET IT SOAKED
Up until I got stuck in a downpour with nowhere to hide [with my baby in my pocket] [I call my camera my baby] it was amazing. If dropped, it may seem broken, or a little off, just push the edges back together [not always noticable displacement]
I always had my camera with me. In my pocket. No purse for me, its use was with ease and I overall just loved it.

The overwall is V. Good.
High quality photos. Many options to optimize the captures.

Cons: You may want to invest in rechargable batteries. The batteries drain fast.
I love this camera. It's lightweight and easy to use for digi cam amateurs like myself. The only thing I didn't like is how fast the batteries drained. So, I invested in rechargable batteries.

Cons: The Macro function isn't the best I've seen
I picked up my E427 at my local Wal-Mart, and I'm glad I did.
A 6MP camera for 100 bucks, and loads of features built in. 7 Shooting modes (including a self-timer and the ability to shoot video), 5 Flash settings, 5 image quality settings (up to 3900+ pictures in VGA mode, and well over 800 in 6MP mode with a 1GB SD card plugged into it), makes for a lot of bang for you buck.
But the Macro mode isn't the greatest. The only decent way to get closeup photos wil any detail is to have it extremely well lit, and you have to be as solid as a rock. Turning of the flash allows you to macro focus better, but if you move even the slightest, it'll be blurry.

Great little camera for the value. I would recommend for sure. My brother has the same one and really likes his as well.
