    Pros: The HP Pavilion DV2210us it was a good laptop for 8 month.

    Cons: Once it got damage HP Award Winnig Technical Support could not fix it two time came from service and three time went back to repair and yes I still waiting for the machine.

    When it comes to this laptop it has good qualities small, powerful, great for travels. You can add a second battery and you will be fine. Extra memory and a larger hard drive will good but for the price you can not go wrong. It is a good laptop excep...t for the technical support. I send this machine for the same reason I turn on the laptop the lights goes up but the display still black and in all the occations they have say the same think "we have replace the MLB it should work perfect". Well HP I think this christmas I am not getting another HP. HP thanks for NOTHING! Read more Less

    Pros: Was great the day I bought it.

    Cons: HP doesn't stand by it's products

    I purchsed it and have sent it back four times, three for black screen the four time because they forgot to put it back together. Very poor customer service. It seem everyone has had the same issues with this model. I asked for a replacemtn and was t...old no I thought I just got a lemon. But no what I purchased was junk. Now I am most likely to throw it in the trash. I now have a gateway and am very pleased. I also have a nine year old Dell and it is still working great. Read more Less
