    Pros: reliable

    Cons: Lid now a bit loose

    have had this machine for over a year. It's not let me down and functions just beautifully in mosr respects. I am using it a lot also to accommodate graphics and other media files. It handles all in a perfunctory manner. Since I've not needed... tech support, I can not comment re this issue. Read more Less

    Pros: they are unreliable

    Cons: cool wallpapers

    i have an HP. they suck. our mother board burnt up this year and we had to pay 400$ to get it reparied. we almost lost all of our data on it. i would totally not recommend it to anyone!

    Pros: looks nice

    Cons: very unreliable

    i bought an hp laptop within three months it crashed. got it exchanged and then the harddrive of the new one went after about 2 mths. i dont recommend hp they suck

    HP adventure

    I bought my wife a 14 inch HP dv2000 for Christmas 2007. The computer crashed September 2008, it was sent out and was returned to us with a new motherboard. 6 days later, the same thing. This time however, HP offered to buy the computer back from us ...for the full purchase price. I was blown away by this and because of this great service, we bought another HP. This is a 15 inch dv6000 special edition and we love it. It has had absolutely no problems in a year and a half and is as fast and powerful as ever. I would recommend, due to our experience, to buy a laptop from a store as opposed to online as they can assist you better. I hope this helps. Read more Less

    Pros: easily to break down

    Cons: bad stuff

    i had my hp for 6 months the board crashes then warranty repaired it after 6mons it crashes again HP means heat prone so dont buy this stuff especially the dv series
