    Pros: Crisp, fast printing

    Cons: Grabs multiple sheets of paper at once

    I do a lot of my own advertising for my business. The printer is fast, and it has a great print quality...BUT it is constantly grabbing more than one sheet of paper at a time. I have literally had to throw out a 1/4 of a ream of paper due to this fac...t! Read more Less

    The Worst Printer I have ever used

    Pros: Prints color

    Cons: It jams, loads multiple sheets, loud, shakes the whole desk, there is no way to feed a single sheet of paper

    This is the worst printer I have ever had to use. It jams every time I try to print. I am not exaggerating. I wastes a great deal of paper every day. It consistently grabs more than one page at a time. I would NEVER purchase this printer. Actually, m...y department does not purchase our own equipment. It was chosen for us. Aftually, if I had read other reviews about this printer, I would NEVER have purchased it. Now we are stuck with 3 of these monstrosities. I think the company should recall and replace all of them.
