    Used this printer for nearly 3 years

    Pros: Great print quality, easy to change toner

    Cons: Pricey replacement toner

    Paid $499 for it 3 years ago... has been very reliable... no problems at all.

    Uses 4 toner cartridges, so $85 each can get pricey... but they do last awhile.

    Duplex printing works great. I've used this printer both networked and direct-connect with USB... no issues either way.

    Can't comment or rate HP support, as I've had no need to contact them for any reason.
