Latin rock outfit Guillotina debuted with the release of a self-titled album that was produced in 1993 by Jack Endino and released a year later. The band started touring Europe while issuing a single called "Todo Sigue Igual," having the opportunity to play at Los Angeles' ~Palace and Mexico City's ~Palacio de los Deportes soon after.
