    Glaring Omissions

    "Greatest Hits" shouldn't be limited to songs that chart. Tim has a number of fantastic songs that should be on what one would assume is a collection of his best work. "Refried Dreams", "Renegade" come to mind, but here I am specifically referring ...to my personal favorite McGraw song "Not a Moment Too Soon". This album seems to be simple gratuity and a bridge to an even weaker album in "Set This Circus Down". Tim once was one of the reasons I began to listen to country, but slowly I'm seeing him turn into a Country Music Backstreet Boy. Read more Less

    No, his voice is not perfect, but that's what makes him so endearing. The parts of the songs where he get whiny are the best parts. It's the emotion not the execution that makes his songs beautiful. And I just want to add that he is an EXCELLENT ro...le model. I don't have kids, but I pray that he is still around when I do. What young, gorgeous man do you know that is so dedicated to his wife and children? That makes him more attractive to me than anything. Read more Less

    I don't buy many CDs, but I do own this one. Furthermore, if I could keep only one of my CDs it would be this one. It is simply the best CD I own, and it contains some of the best music available today. This album is worth every penny.
