    There are many good songs missing, including his version of Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, Empty Garden, and Mama Can't Buy Me Love to name a few. However, if you have no EJ in your collection, it serves as a wonderful introduction as well as a hist...ory of one of rock's greatest performers. It draws on all of his periods.     This is the greatest compilation I have ever heard. It is definitely a great addition to my cd collection. Classic and Brilliant. Brings you back to the stuff the hippies of the 70's listened to....and now you know why they listened to this.

    THERE ARE THREE HELPINGS OF ROTTEN PUKE IN THIS RETCHID COLLECTION OF RECORDINGS OF ELTON JOHN. HE HAS STUPID GLASSES AND HE SUCKED IN "TOMMY" THE MOVIE. PERIOD.

    i am sorry but he is not good
    i like only 3 songs in the 2 discs ONLY 3
    sacrifice nikita and sorry seems to be the hardest word the rest is well CRAP
