Grease is good. Not the best, but I advise you to see it.

Grease is a decent musical, but the subliminal messages withen this picture are disturbing, and only I have detected them so far. During Travolta's song "Grease lightning," he is visibly aroused, and his buddy is staring at the enormous bulge in his... pants. What's the message here folks? Is this a cheery, harmless musical, or are they telling us to bend over travolta and reach around and feel that bulge...his greased lightning, if you will. I think that Travolta should keep that God Damn bulge to himself. Read more Less

Pros: The music, the fun, JOHN TRAVOLTA!

Cons: Smoking and Alchohol, Sexual Activity

Hey, glad you made it here. NOw here is my review on GREASE. I love this movie terribly. I have seen it about 5 times, maybe 4. It's an awsome classic movie everybody should watch. Or maybe not. Why is everybody smoking in this movie? Since whe...n is smoking cool? They drink here too. Oh, and let's not forget a few little sexual statements, and a scene where they are doing SOMETHING in the car, (not sandy and danny). Does that really add anything to the movie? Not really. These are the reasons it dropped a star. Without these little segments included, it would have been a perfect 5. Oh well. Read more Less

Pros: loved the actors and music scenes.

Cons: not so sure about the ending.

I loved the music!! every time i watch that movie i want 2 get up and dance and sing along with the scenes! Jon Travolta plays danny so well. the movie overall in my opinion is a comeplete sucess!

One of John Travolta's movies that help launch a steller career of American genre. John and Olivia make for good chemistry and deliver excellent portrayals of high school students.
