    this movie is easily one of my favorites of all time.... everything just fit... damon was very convincing and robin williams gives one of his best performances ever.... two thumbs up, way up!!!!

    This movie is a very good movie, and Matt Damon is very hot. This movies about a criminal that got sent to jail, and the only way he can get out is through therapy. Robin Williams and Matt Damon are great together in this Film ~ Jaclyn

    Have nothing to say about everything else, the films is really a nice one as a philosophy and psycology of life of joungs trying to find their way in life.
    Could be a bestseller,but but and but (see previous posting about casting)......

    Imagine what would happen if you had an unbelievable talent and no one saw it for years on end and how you would react to a world that is unwilling to see you for who you are. This is the premise of a wonderful film called Good Will Hunting. Frankly ...I am dumbfounded that a young man wrote this amazing film about a young man from the wrong side of the tracks who happens to understand things that the majority of the world couldn't begin to understand. I love the banter between Will and his friends. One can tell that they care deeply for eachother. Robin Williams is suprisingly subdued and Thus made his performance all the more powerful. He was very deserved of the oscar. I also feel that Matt Damon did an unbeliveable job as the disturbed but loveable Will Hunting. In conclusion this movie is a definate must see for everyone.     I don't get it...

    This movie lacks originality and spark (I've yet to see a movie by VanSant that actually has any spark). The most that can be said for it is that it's completely average. But maybe I'm too picky. Everyone else seems to have enjoyed it.

    Good Will Hunting is brillant! Matt Damon is intelligent, witty, and convincing as "Will." The dialogue is usually intriguing and oftentimes humorous. I loved the "double burger" scene with Casey and Ben Affleck... the whole movie is honestly terrif...ic. I have most of GWH memorized because I've seen it so many times... undoubtedly my favorite movie!!! Read more Less
