    Amazing songwriting..for the most part.

    This is a more mature PFR album than the debut, although they seemed to master a fuller sound on Great Lengths. Standout tracks include "By Myself," "Satsfied," and the title track. There are some weak tracks..."Shine" feels pretty lackluster. In g...eneral, the production on this album seems subdued. The producer, Jimmie Lee Sloas, seemed to have a better handle on producing PFR for their next 2 records. This album is pretty great, though, to be sure. Joel Hanson and Patrick Andrew are some of the best songwriters since Lennon and McCartney. Read more Less

    Most of the songs are good...

    This was the first album of PFR's that I bought. While it's very good, Great Lengths (their next album) is much better. The best tracks are probably "That Kind Of Love" and "Spinnin Round." A step above their first work, but still second to "Them"... and "Great Lengths." Read more Less

    Fun, upbeat Christian album.

    This album is lighter than PFR's other albums, it tends to have more "fun" songs on it. The words are okay, but the melodies aren't as good as "Great Lengths" or "Them". The notable exception to this is the title track. It's worth getting the album ...for that track alone. Excellent production, done in Beatles style, incredible harmonies, and touching lyrics about a dog's last day. "I Don't Understand" is also a particularly comforting track. Read more Less

    PFR's best CD!

    If you are into great christian rock, this cd is awesome. It's musically intelligent while still morally upright! A combination not often found in todays christian music scene. I recomend 100%.
