Easily create decorative chocolate pieces using chocolate transfer sheets. The edible design is transferred from the plastic backing to tempered chocolate. The printed pieces can then be placed around or on top of cakes and other desserts. White snowflake design. To use, lay the transfer sheet on a working surface; make sure it is print side up. Evenly spread tempered chocolate (couverture) or pate a glacer over the transfer sheet. Once set, peel off the plastic. Break the printed chocolate slab into pieces.
