Goats in Trees are a work in progress. The married duo of Jason and Monica Ann Crigler started the group in their native Brooklyn in 1997, perfecting their own acoustic, folk-influenced sound. When the Morning Comes, self-released in 1998, illustrated Goats in Trees' love for such artists as Richard Thompson, Nick Drake, and Davey Graham.
