    A powerful drama about a chapter in American history that is not often told.

    This movie gave me goosebumps more than a few times.

    Not for the feint hearted.

    Pros: it looked real,loved when they are in war

    i saw this movie it has action no nasty things only violance i saw it wth a teacher....i thought it was going to be boring but it got realy intresting right in the begging it dose have cusing(bad words) and it may be a little unconftruble the way the...y treat the slaves and its sad to at the end guess what happend realy interasting and maes u wonder whats going to happend next.:) Read more Less

    This was an amazing movie! The movie is based on the letters that Shaw wrote. The actors did a wonderful job and played their part beyond well! It has a great sense of honor and justice. They were the ones who volentired to go first and that tak...es a lot of courage to do something like that! Even though I saw the edited version of this (school thing), it was amazing!
