I love this movie. Mariah Carey is great in it. That's about all I can say. Perfect.

I lovethis movie it is so great. What is wrong with these critics?!?! they must be on drugs beacuse this movie is the exact opposite of wut they say. This movie rocks and shows that Mariah is a great actress!!!!!

I must say that "Glitter" with Mariah Carey is a fabulous movie!! Mariah has such a beautiful voice, the movie made me cry a couple of times. It was nicely directed and I loved every part of it. Acting was done excellent, all the actors did a wonderful job. The music was fantastic, it suit a movie great! I enjoyed watching it and it's one of my favorite movies now.

Mariah Carey is perfect in "Glitter" ! She plays so excellent and she sings great songs with her angel voice ! The sory is about a great love and this made me cry a lot of times ! Mariah is shining in "Glitter" ! "Glitter" is one of the best musicals and it is also a must movie for me !

MARIAH CAREY IS SO GREAT AND "GLITTER" IS GREAT TOO ! I SAW IT NOW FOR THE FIRST TIME ON VHS AND I AM AMAZED FROM THE SUPER DIVA, EXCELLENT, AMAZING, DIVINE, PERFECT, THE BEST MARIAH AND FROM THE GREAT MOVIE "GLITTER" !

I only gave it 3 stars because of the tired storyline, predictable plot and bad acting, but I watched it twice because something in it was trying to catch me. Finally figured out that it was 2 of the tracks. Loverboy (not just a sample of Cameo's "Candy"...recorded with the guys from Cameo) and All My Life (recorded with Rick James). I think these tracks are good and since they are so 80's it makes sense that they would require an appropriately cheesy 80's style vehicle like Glitter. Movie not great, but it was worth it to catch well-mixed new twists on some old school classics. I think it was meant to be fun, not a serious thing, and it's nice and light.

I watched this movie because I had seen just about everything that came out except this one. The critics really slammed this movie and since I'm not really a Mariah fan I had no interest in it.
This is a very entertaining movie with a killer audio track. I am now looking to purchase it for my movie collection.

I have looked in some stores for this DVD! It must have flown off the shelves fast, I guess I will need to strawberry records!
