   Glen is a musician's musician. I have followed him because I used to hear him when he played with Bill Monroe. Now he's on tons of country records and plays some great bluegrass with my favorite group Longview. As a fiddler myself (struggling, I might add!) Glen is to me the best of today's fiddle players in either bluegrass or country.
   
   This is a cool recording. I was surprised to see it, because Glen hasn't ever had a solo record (that I know of). But this is some awesome stuff... I LOVED!!! Bobby Osborn singing The Footprints in the Snow too. Thats was really cool. But there are some great new tunes on here too that I guess Glen wrote. It's really good stuff. The best instrumental album I have ever bought, I think. (And there are two vocal's too, but it is mostly fiddle) ...
